So a mini blog update. As of yesterday I found out that my cafe would be re-opening on the 21st of July. The posts may slow slightly just so I can work on getting my cafe back up and running. My; What I ate today! posts will be probably 2 or 3 days apart which is a shame as I really enjoyed this.
Being able to blog has been a great outlet to express myself and show my love of things. My passion for baking and cooking has been re-ignited during lock down and I really look forward to keeping this up. My next baking creation will be a no-bake cheesecake. Also the posts on the Seafood Chowder is on it’s way 🙂
